The Relationship Between Meditation And Hypnotism. Although meditation and hypnotism are many thousand years in age we do not know their precise beginnings.

The deep state of relaxation and cleared mind can ease a person into meditation more easily. As we have explored here in this article, there are commonalities between hypnosis and meditation but meditation does not include any form of suggestion to the subconscious mind as is often the case with hypnotism. However, hypnotism can enhance the meditation experience and can even help a person achieve a deep state of meditation more easily.
