Should You Choose Drugs or Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is part art, part science and entirely subjective.
You have most likely already spoken with those who swear by the practice, but are you ready to let go of your
over the counter medicines and prescription drugs?

aromatherapy has to offer are steadily rising.

feeling that something is off with respect to ones mood.
Perhaps you have noticed yourself that you could use a pick me up and might have even mentioned this to your
physician.
Assuming that you are in good physical health, your doctor might prescribe psychotropic drugs to help lift your
spirits, but considering that the side effects are quite serious on any number of them, are you sure your want to
take them?

opinion if your physician is dead set against your using aromatherapy instead of prescription psychotropic or other
drugs to lift or relax your mood.
While the final decision is of course in the hands of the patient, making it advisedly is also part and parcel
of that decision process and failure to do so may hurt the patient in the long run.
